Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to drive sales operations and business development in the Kolkata region. The ideal candidate will lead a team of sales professionals, implement effective sales strategies, and ensure the growth and success of the CORA brand in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for CORA products.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team through recruitment, training, and ongoing performance management.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while fostering relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand regional trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute region-specific promotional campaigns.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Prepare and present sales performance reports, forecasts, and strategic plans to senior management.
  • Represent the CORA brand at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to strengthen market positioning.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain the highest standards of customer service and professionalism.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.Proven ability to achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Kolkata market, including customer preferences and industry dynamics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
