Job Summary

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing regional sales operations, handling project sales, building strong customer relationships, and achieving business growth targets. The ideal candidate should have experience in the uPVC profile industry or building materials, along with strong leadership and project-handling capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand the customer base.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Handle project sales activities by coordinating with architects, builders, contractors, consultants, fabricators, and institutional clients.
  • Generate leads and manage residential, commercial, and government projects for uPVC doors and windows.
  • Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to develop effective business strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement regional promotional campaigns.
  • Oversee the entire sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups, negotiations, and closure of deals.
  • Manage and support channel partners, dealers, distributors, and project clients within the assigned region.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote company products and strengthen business relationships.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management.
  • Coordinate with production, marketing, accounts, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing structures, and sales procedures.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales or project sales, preferably in the uPVC profile, building materials, or construction industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and dealers.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to travel extensively as required.
