Position Overview: Business Development Executive
The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong relationships with prospective and existing customers, and supporting the company’s overall sales and market expansion. The role involves promoting SCL CORA uPVC profiles and solutions to potential customers, fabricators, dealers, architects, builders, contractors, and other relevant stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Find and connect with new customers through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Maintain good relationships with existing clients and understand their needs.
- Identify new business opportunities by researching the market and competitors.
- Prepare and present proposals to potential clients.
- Work with different teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, meetings, and business opportunities.
- Submit regular activity, lead generation, and business development reports to the reporting manager.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-2 years Experience in sales or business development is preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
