Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Project Manager – Sales and Marketing to drive business growth and manage project-based sales activities in the Delhi-NCR region. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to oversee sales strategies and ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives under the SCL CORA brand, including promoting uPVC windows and doors for building and apartment projects.
- Build, nurture, and sustain strong relationships with builders, developers, contractors, government contractors, architects, and other key players in the construction and building materials industry.
- Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to address the specific needs of builders, developers, contractors, government contractors, and architects. Focus on understanding client project requirements and offering customized solutions.
- Oversee the entire project sales lifecycle, from generating leads to final delivery, with a focus on collaborating with builders, developers, and contractors to meet project timelines and specifications.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and installation teams to ensure timely delivery and seamless execution of orders for builders, contractors, and architects.
- Actively participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and connect with developers, contractors, and architects.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards during all sales and marketing activities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and working with builders, developers, contractors, government contractors, and architects.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing projects successfully.
- Strong knowledge of the Delhi-NCR market and industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and lead a team effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
