Area Sales Manager – Lucknow

Overview

Shani Corporation Limited (SCL), a leading supplier of CORA uPVC profiles for doors and windows, is seeking a motivated and eager-to-learn individual to join our growing sales team as an Area Sales Manager.

Location

Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute B2B sales plans to achieve sales goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B market, targeting distributors, fabricators, builders, etc.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions for uPVC profile requirements.
  • Present and demonstrate the quality, features, and benefits of SCL CORA uPVC profiles to B2B clients.
  • Efficiently negotiate and close sales deals.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and report on sales activities, market trends, and competitor information.

Qualifications

  • Any Graduate (Mandatory) and/or MBA (Preferred).
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in the Building Material Industry.
  • Understanding of B2B sales in the uPVC profiles market with strong business insight.
  • Excellent communication skills to build connections.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients, attend industry events, and visit distributors, fabricators, and builders.

Requirements

  • Laptop for creating sales reports and maintaining client database.
  • Two-wheeler for visiting clients.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
